WMA Scholarship Program Raises Interest in Manufacturing Industry
The Wichita Manufacturers Association promotes and encourages the general welfare of the manufacturing industry. The WMA is encouraging students to pursue manufacturing careers by offering scholarships to students planning to study manufacturing at any technical college, community college or state college/university in Wichita.
The number of scholarships given out each year is
determined by the WMA board and member donations.
The WMA created the scholarship program
in 1993 to support the educational and training opportunities that develop better manufacturing interest, methods and employees. The scholarships are funded by the generosity of WMA members as well as individual and commercial donations.

Austin Hankins, Northwest High School and Thu Lee,
